We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can. Victory Fine Art items are always shipped via FedEX Ground unless otherwise noted.
Due to the nature of the product and since every piece is hand crafted and signed by the artist, processing and delivery can take up to 21 days from receipt and clearance of payment. This estimated time is based on orders shipped to addresses in the Continental United States. This also applies for the listed shipping rates. LIMITED EDITIONS are shipped at a flat rate fee of US $ 45. ORIGINALS are shipped for free.
Tracking numbers are assigned on the date your package is shipped from our warehouse.
To check the status of your paid orders, simply log into your Victory Fine Art account. Invoices showing a status of "shipped" will have the FedEx tracking number within the invoice details. Click on a specific invoice number to view the invoice details.
Since tracking numbers are generated off site, from the time your package leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours before the FedEx website displays tracking information.
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Victory Fine Art within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package, 21 business days from date of payment. Victory Fine Art will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact Victory Fine Art within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.
Victory Fine Art will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
